ILLUSTRATION COMMISSIONS

  • All prices are subject to change based on demand.

  • All commission types include a detailed background. Pricing can be negotiated if the client wants a simple background.

  • Pricing for additional characters significantly downsized for composition purposes can be negotiated.

  • Additional props (e.g. large weapons, pets, vehicles) are priced depending on complexity.

BUST: ~300 USD

  • Commercial Fee: +100 USD

  • Additional Character: +150 USD

  • Additional Props: +30 ~ 100 USD

HALF BODY: ~700 USD

  • Commercial Fee: +300 USD

  • Additional Character: +350 USD

  • Additional Props: +30 ~ 150 USD

FULL BODY: ~1000 USD

  • Commercial Fee: +400 USD

  • Additional Character: +500 USD

  • Additional Props: +30 ~ 150 USD

TERMS OF SERVICE

  • The client must be 18+ years old, or have a legal parent/guardian to agree to all of the Terms of Service as listed below.

  • Clients are granted exclusive rights for personal use of the work produced as agreed upon, which must not be transferred to any other parties.

  • Commission work made available to the client cannot be traced, edited, or claimed as their own or anyone else's for any reason or purposes.

  • Unless specified in the order form as Commercial Licensing, commercial licenses and reselling rights are not included. Commercial use includes usage on merchandise, games, books, videos/streams and any monetized work. Commissioned artwork may only be used for the purpose it was commissioned for.

  • I retain original copyright and ownership of all my illustrations, and I have the right to display them on my websites, socials, portfolios, art books, etc.

  • Credit to @helen_zzhao must be present wherever the artwork appears on social media, with or without commercial licensing.

  • Commission work will not be used for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and NFTs.

PAYMENT & WORK PROCESS

  • Payment through PayPal invoicing in USD must be paid in full before I start the commission.

  • Regular updates will be given throughout the process every 2-4 days.

  • Changes may be requested for free early into the drafting process.

  • The number of final sketch retakes is limited to 2. Additional retakes will require a fee.

  • Changes other than slight detail or color edits in later stages of the process will require a fee.

  • It is the client's responsibility to provide the relevant details and references of the character that should not be missed. I have the right to refuse to revise or correct something that was not obvious, clear, or previously specified.

  • The client will receive the final artwork through email.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

  • Refunds are strictly not allowed if the illustration has already been started, unless initiated by me.

  • If I am unable to complete the illustration by the discussed deadline, the client can choose to discuss a refund with me based on the amount of work completed.

  • I retain the rights to stop working with and/or refund clients who are disrespectful, or do not provide me with necessary information as asked.

  • Refund amount will depend on the amount of work completed (e.g. 50% of the progress done, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded).

By submitting a Commission Order Form and completing payment, the client confirms to have reviewed, understood, and agreed with all terms and conditions stated above. I will not be held responsible for lack of reading or comprehension. Violation of the Terms of Service will result in an automatic blacklist.
